Terms and Conditions for Ovalmugs LLC 12-Month Product Warranty Protection

By purchasing the optional 12-month product warranty protection ("Warranty"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Warranty is available only for products purchased directly from Ovalmugs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
A separate Warranty purchase and registration are required for each product.
Only one product can be registered per Warranty.
This warranty is only valid for non food and beverage products.
2. Warranty Registration
To activate the 12-month Warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of the purchase date as shown on your receipt.
Failure to register the Warranty within this period will result in the Warranty being deemed expired.
Each product requires its own Warranty purchase and registration.
3. Ovalmugs Membership
As an Ovalmugs Member, all products purchased during your active Membership period are automatically registered for Warranty protection.
Membership provides continuous Warranty coverage as long as the Membership remains active.
If you cancel your Membership, the Warranty coverage for all registered products will expire immediately on the day of cancellation.
Extended Warranty options may be available exclusively for Ovalmugs Members.
4. Non-Member Warranty Protection
Non-members receive a 6-month Warranty from the date of purchase.
To extend coverage to 12 months, non-members must purchase and register a Warranty for each product separately.
Non-membership Warranties are valid only for the purchased duration and do not include automatic registration benefits.
5. Warranty Coverage
The Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the specified duration:
12 months for registered products with purchased Warranty.
6 months for non-member purchases without additional Warranty registration.
Warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of defective products, at our discretion.
6. Warranty Exclusions
The Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or modifications to the product.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or consumable components (e.g., finishes, decals).
Products used in a manner inconsistent with the provided care instructions.
7. Warranty Claims
To file a claim:
Contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and your product registration details.
Claims will be processed in accordance with our standard return and replacement policy.
Repairs or replacements will be made at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Warranty Terms
Ovalmugs LLC reserves the right to amend or terminate the Warranty terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to new purchases made after the effective date of the change.
10. Additional Notes
Each Warranty purchased applies to one product only.
Extended Warranties are available exclusively for Ovalmugs Members.
