Introduction

Welcome to Ovalmugs LLC’s websites. Ovalmugs LLC operates two primary sites: Ovalmugs.com and Ovalmugscoffee.com (collectively, "Ovalmugs" or "we"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of both websites, your Ovalmugs account, and any purchases or services (including membership programs) offered through them. By accessing or using Ovalmugs.com or Ovalmugscoffee.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our sites or services.

Scope and Separate Membership Programs

Ovalmugs.com and Ovalmugscoffee.com each offer their own Ovalmugs Plus+ Membership program with exclusive benefits. Each site’s membership is distinct and site-specific: being a member on one website does not confer any rights or benefits on the other website. Membership benefits are non-transferable between Ovalmugs.com and Ovalmugscoffee.com. Pricing, features, and promotions for the membership may vary by site and season and are subject to change at any time without notice. We will endeavor to communicate major changes, but it is your responsibility to review current membership offerings on the respective site’s membership information page.

Accounts and Eligibility

Account Creation: To make purchases or join the membership program, you may need to create a user account on Ovalmugs.com and/or Ovalmugscoffee.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please use a strong password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Eligibility: Our websites and memberships are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Parents or guardians may use our sites on behalf of minors, but assume full responsibility for the minor’s use. Ovalmugs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in an unauthorized or inappropriate manner.

Product Information and Orders

Product Descriptions: Ovalmugs strives to provide accurate, current information on all products (mugs, coffee, and others) offered on our sites. This includes descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If we discover an error in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to correct it and will contact you with the option to confirm or cancel your order if an item was mispriced. All product information is subject to change without prior notice.
Placing Orders: By placing an order on either Ovalmugs.com or Ovalmugscoffee.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Orders are not binding on Ovalmugs until we accept them. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing/information, or potential fraud concerns. You will receive an email confirmation if your order is accepted.
Payment: All payments for orders must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods we provide at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Ovalmugs does not store your full credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees) to your payment method. If your payment method fails or is declined, we may cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing: We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically fulfilled within our stated processing times (as indicated at checkout or in our FAQs). However, processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization (if applicable), your location, and other factors.
Delivery: Once shipped, deliveries are handled by third-party carriers. Estimated delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Ovalmugs is not liable for delays in delivery caused by carriers, weather, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. If you experience a significant delay or issue with shipping, please contact our Support page, and we will assist in tracking or resolving the problem where possible.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout. Ovalmugs Plus+ Members enjoy free standard shipping on all eligible orders (see Ovalmugs Plus+ Membership section for details). Non-members may be charged shipping based on order total, promotion, or destination. Any applicable import duties or customs fees for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.
Accuracy of Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Please double-check your address before finalizing an order. Ovalmugs is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Drink Coffee and Get Paid – Cashback Terms & Conditions
Cashback applies exclusively to purchases of the Cash Back Zebra – Medium Roast Coffee. No other products qualify for this promotion.

Cashback requires a $20 minimum balance and a 3-month holding period. Terms apply. One account per person. Phone number required at signup. Payouts are available only via PayPal. No exceptions.

By participating in the Drink Coffee and Get Paid promotion offered by Ovalmugs LLC, you agree to the following terms:

✅ Eligibility
Cashback is available to non-members only and applies exclusively to the Cash Back Zebra – Medium Roast Coffee.
Ovalmugs Plus+ members are not eligible for cashback rewards.

✅ Qualifying Products
Cashback only applies to purchases of the Cash Back Zebra – Medium Roast Coffee.
All other products, including other coffee blends, accessories, mugs, and bundles, are excluded from this promotion.

✅ Cashback Amount
Cashback rewards are determined at the time of purchase and apply only to the eligible product listed above.
Cashback excludes taxes, discounts, shipping fees, and any refunded or canceled orders.

✅ Holding Period & Payout Timing
Each cashback reward becomes payout-eligible only after 3 full calendar months have passed from the purchase date.
You must also accumulate a minimum of $20 USD in cashback before requesting a payout.
Both conditions must be met. No early or partial payouts will be issued.

✅ Payout Method
Cashback payouts are available only via PayPal.
You must provide a valid, active PayPal email address matching your Ovalmugs account.
No alternate payout methods will be offered. Failure to provide a valid PayPal account forfeits your cashback.

✅ Phone Number Requirement
A valid phone number is required at checkout or during account signup to qualify.
Accounts without a phone number will not receive cashback rewards.

✅ Fraud Prevention
Cashback is voided for any refunded, canceled, or disputed orders.
Abuse of the system (e.g., using fake info, bulk low-value orders, or multiple accounts) will result in immediate disqualification.
Ovalmugs LLC may request ID, order confirmation, or phone number validation before approving any payout.

✅ One Account Per Person
Limit one account per individual.
Creating multiple accounts per person or household is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of rewards.

✅ Program Changes
Ovalmugs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback program at any time without notice, especially in cases of abuse or operational concerns.

✅ Tax & Legal Compliance
Cashback rewards are considered promotional.
Customers are responsible for any taxes or income reporting.
If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, you must comply with IRS 1099-K reporting through PayPal.

Ovalmugs Plus+ Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ovalmugs Plus+. By enrolling in, using, or maintaining a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they govern your membership, benefits, and obligations.

1. Membership Overview

Ovalmugs Plus+ is a subscription-based program that provides active members with exclusive perks. Current membership benefits include:

Early access to new products
VIP customer support
Ovalmugs Coffee Recipe PDF Book — free monthly download
Automatic entry into all giveaways

Membership benefits may change at any time and are not guaranteed, even if your membership rate is locked.

2. Membership Rates & Rate Lock Policy

All members will be locked into their membership rate for as long as their account remains active.

If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be required to pay the current membership rate at the time of reactivation.

Membership benefits are not locked and may be updated, added, or removed at any time.

3. Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain one Ovalmugs Plus+ membership account.
Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be reviewed and removed without notice.

4. Billing & Payments

Membership renews automatically based on the billing cycle selected at signup.
By maintaining an active membership, you authorize Ovalmugs to bill your payment method on a recurring basis.
If payment fails, Ovalmugs may suspend or cancel your membership and benefits until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting Ovalmugs Support.

If you cancel after a billing cycle begins, your membership will remain active until the end of the current cycle.
If you cancel two (2) or more times within a 12-month period, you may rejoin, but certain promotional benefits may no longer be available for the remainder of that 12-month period.

6. Free Yearly Coffee Eligibility

Ovalmugs Plus+ members may receive one free 12oz bag of coffee each December, subject to the following conditions:

The member’s account must remain continuously active throughout the year with no cancellations, interruptions, or failed renewals.
Members who cancel, allow their payment to lapse, or lose active status at any point forfeit eligibility for that year’s free coffee — including members who joined during promotional periods offering free December coffee.
Promo codes for the yearly coffee must be redeemed by the member; rewards are not shipped automatically.
The yearly coffee benefit is non-transferable, limited to one per account/household, and subject to fraud prevention measures.

7. Member Giveaways & Downloads

Active members are automatically entered into all Ovalmugs giveaways.
Members receive a free monthly Ovalmugs Coffee Recipe PDF Book.
Giveaways and digital content may vary and are subject to change or discontinuation at Ovalmugs’ discretion.

8. Refunds & Returns

Membership fees are non-refundable except in the case of billing error.
Standard return policies apply for purchased products.

9. Member Conduct

Membership benefits are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Fraud, misuse, or abuse of the program may result in membership termination.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is managed according to the Ovalmugs Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, you consent to receive necessary account communications and promotional updates.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations

Membership benefits and terms may change at any time without guarantee of continuation.
Ovalmugs is not responsible for shipping delays or third-party service disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Ovalmugs Plus+ Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms and to our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version posted on our site applies.

1) Eligibility & Enrollment

Members only. The Rewards Program is available exclusively to active Ovalmugs Plus+ members with an account in good standing.
Automatic enrollment. Enrollment is automatic when you activate Ovalmugs Plus+ using the same name and email you use to shop.
Account identity. Your Rewards account is tied to one (1) email address. If you have multiple emails, contact support to request a merge (proof of identity may be required).
Territory/Age. Participation is void where prohibited by law. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2) Earning Points

What earns points.
- Coffee products: 100 points per $1 (USD) spent
- Coffee mugs: 20 points per $1 (USD) spent
What does not earn points. Ovalmugs Plus+ membership fees, shipping, taxes, tips, gift cards (unless required by law), and third-party marketplace purchases do not earn points.
Calculation basis. Points are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping/taxes. Points are recorded as whole integers (we round down fractional points).
When points post. Points generally post when an order is paid (or after the return/exchange window closes, at our discretion). Delays may occur due to payment processing, fraud checks, or system issues.
Adjustments & reversals. If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded (in whole or part), we deduct the corresponding points. Your balance may become negative; you must earn back to ≥ 0 before redeeming.
No property right. Points are promotional, have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred.

3) Redeeming Points (Points Program)

Threshold & reward. 23,400 points = one (1) free 12oz bag of coffee (“Points Reward”).
Redeem anytime. Once your points balance reaches 23,400, you may redeem at any time (subject to availability and these Terms).
How redemption works. Redemption may occur via checkout reward, discount code, draft order, or other method we designate. One redemption = one free 12oz bag (roast/variant availability may vary).
Limits & safeguards. We may limit redemptions (e.g., no more than one points reward per member per calendar month) to prevent abuse and ensure fairness.
Shipping, taxes, surcharges. Unless we state otherwise, shipping, taxes, and any surcharges for a reward item are your responsibility and must be paid at redemption.
Errors & fraud. We may review, delay, or cancel a redemption to investigate suspected error, fraud, or ineligibility.

4) Separate Annual Perk (December Free Bag)

Annual membership perk. Active Ovalmugs Plus+ members may receive one (1) complimentary 12oz bag each December (“December Perk”). This is separate from points and does not deduct points.
Process & timing. We may deliver this perk between Dec 1–31 via coupon, draft order, or other method. Roast/variant and inventory are subject to availability.
Overlap controls. We may restrict issuance so no more than one free bag (points or annual perk) is fulfilled in the same calendar month.
Shipping & taxes. Unless specified, shipping and taxes may apply to the December Perk.
Eligibility. You must be active at the time of issuance/claiming. Duplicate or suspicious claims may be declined.

5) Points Balance, Access & Support

Checking your balance. Use the site form “Check my points” (name + email). We’ll email your current balance.
System of record. Our internal Points Ledger is the authoritative record. If a cached display conflicts with the ledger, the ledger prevails.
Disputes. If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact Ovalmugs.com/support within 30 days of the relevant transaction and include order numbers/receipts.
Expiration (current policy). Points do not expire under the current policy. We reserve the right to introduce expiration in the future with reasonable advance notice.

6) Returns, Cancellations & Negative Balances

Points removal. Points from canceled/returned items are removed from your balance.
Orders using rewards.
- If a points reward was applied and the order is not fulfilled/used, we may return the points or reissue the reward.
- If the order was fulfilled, points are not returned.
Negative balances. Your balance may become negative after adjustments; future purchases will earn points to restore the balance.

7) Abuse, Fraud & Program Integrity

Prohibited conduct. Fraud/abuse includes (without limitation): creating multiple/fake accounts; manipulating orders/referrals; bulk self-purchases designed to game rewards; coupon abuse; excessive returns/chargebacks; harassment; violating site Terms; or any activity that harms customers, partners, or Ovalmugs.
Our rights. Ovalmugs may suspend, revoke, or terminate your participation in the Rewards Program (and access to Ovalmugs businesses) at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion—especially for suspected fraud or abuse.
Forfeiture. Upon suspension/termination, unused points and unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.
Investigation. We may delay posting points or fulfilling rewards during investigations. Our eligibility and integrity decisions are final.

8) Account Administration

Non-transferable. Points and rewards cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred.
Merging accounts. We may merge duplicate accounts after verifying identity.
Communications. By participating, you consent to program communications (e.g., balance emails, redemption notices, perk reminders). Marketing preferences can be managed separately; transactional program emails may still be sent.

9) Program Changes, Suspension & Termination

Changes. Ovalmugs may change earn rates, redemption thresholds, eligible products, benefits, or other features; suspend or terminate the program; or limit availability at any time.
Notice. For material changes (e.g., introducing expiration or changing thresholds materially), we’ll provide reasonable advance notice by email and/or on-site. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Program end. If the program ends, points and rewards not redeemed by the specified end date are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-is. The program is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Availability. Rewards (including specific roasts/variants) are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovalmugs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the program. Our aggregate liability to you for direct damages related to the program shall not exceed $50 or the amount you paid us for your Ovalmugs Plus+ membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ovalmugs from claims arising out of your misuse of the program or violation of these Terms.

11) Taxes & Fees

Your responsibility. You are responsible for taxes, shipping, and any fees associated with reward redemptions unless we state otherwise.
Reporting. You are responsible for any tax reporting related to rewards you receive.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Rewards Program.

13) Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to our processing of your information for program administration, fraud prevention, and communications (e.g., balance emails, redemption notices, December perk reminders). 14) Contact

Sweepstakes & Promotions – General Terms

From time to time, Ovalmugs LLC (“Sponsor”), based in the Commonwealth of Virginia, may conduct sweepstakes, contests, or promotional giveaways (“Promotions”). Participation in any Promotion is subject to these General Terms as well as any additional Official Rules posted at the time of the Promotion. In the event of a conflict, the Official Rules shall control.

Eligibility

Promotions are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winners may be required to provide proof of age, residency, and eligibility.

How to Enter

Unless otherwise specified in the Official Rules:

Membership Entry: Automatic entries may be awarded to active, paying members of Sponsor’s subscription programs (e.g., Ovalmugs Plus+ Membership). Limit up to four (4) entries.
Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Non-members may enter using Sponsor’s designated free entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per day, up to four (4) total entries.

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or payment does not increase the chances of winning.

Limit: Four (4) entries per person per Promotion, regardless of method. Automated, robotic, or third-party entries will be void.

Prize Terms

Prizes for Promotions will be described in the Official Rules. Unless otherwise specified:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will be disclosed in the Official Rules.
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any shipping/handling fees not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Winners will be notified by email within a reasonable time following selection.
Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or other errors beyond its control.

Release & Publicity

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising out of participation or prize use. Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

Governing Law

All Promotions are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
